Late pick-up options are available for an additional fee and must be purchased in advance of the first day of camp at summercamp.momath.org.

Late Pick-Up — 5:00 pm, Mon–Fri: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, $300

For the first day of camp, please remember to do the following:

1. Bring a packed lunch and optional snack (Transformations is a nut-free environment; please do not bring lunch or snacks containing tree nuts or peanuts to camp)

2. Wear closed-toe shoes

3. Bring or put on sunscreen as needed

Please also verbally alert the counselors to any allergies.

All campers must wear closed-toe shoes to participate in camp activities; summer shoes such as Crocs, Tevas, or Keens are acceptable so long as the toes are protected.  Weather permitting, campers will spend time outside during lunch, so please arrive at camp wearing sunscreen as needed.

Drop-Off Procedure

The Museum doors will open at 9:00 am for campers and their adult chaperones to enter the Museum.  We ask that you do not leave your camper alone on the sidewalk or drop off at the curb as New York City can be an unpredictable place.  Adults will need to sign in their camper.  If your camper is in middle school, please see below for a dismissal waiver to allow your camper to commute to/from camp on their own without an adult chaperone.

Pick-Up Procedure

Campers will be brought to the lobby at their appropriate time for pick-up; we ask that you wait there for your camper or check in with the security guard if you wish to pick up your camper before regular dismissal.  All campers will need to be signed out by an authorized person.  If your camper is in middle school, please see below for a dismissal waiver to allow your camper to commute to/from camp on their own without an adult chaperone.

Changes to Pick-Up

Is your camper going home with another camper for a playdate?  Will someone not listed on the Authorized Pick-Up List be picking up your camper?  Please notify summercamp@momath.org of any changes to the pick-up.  For security purposes, we prefer to receive changes in writing.  However, if you are running late or have last-minute changes to the pick-up, please email summercamp@momath.org AND call (212) 542-0566.

Late Fees for Tardy Pick-Ups

Any individuals who are late for pick-up will be responsible for late fees, starting at $50 for every half hour or portion thereof, payable immediately by that person.  Please make sure that caregivers are aware of the late fees and are equipped to pay these fees on your behalf.

Should you have any questions, please email summercamp@momath.org.  If the matter is urgent or you are running late, please call the MoMath office during camp hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) at (212) 542-0566.  To register for additional weeks, please visit summercamp.momath.org.

Dismissal Release Waiver

Is your middle schooler traveling on their own to/from camp? Most campers are expected to arrive with and be picked up by an authorized adult chaperone.  If your camper is: (1) in middle school; and, (2) has your permission to travel to and depart from the summer program on their own, you will need to complete the Dismissal Release Waiver and email it to summercamp@momath.org.

Camp Policies and Forms

Please be sure to review the Camp Policies and Photograph Permission Waiver.

We look forward to seeing you at camp soon!
