MoMath Mini-Camps:
April 2022

Tuesday, April 19 through Thursday, April 21

Come join MoMath for in-person and online mini-camps Tuesday, April 19 through Thursday, April 21.  Through interactive theme-based lessons and creative hands-on projects, math will come alive for each and every participant!

In-Person Mini-Camps

“Plato’s Building Blocks”

These sessions are appropriate for students in grades 1 – 3 and grades 3 – 5, respectively.

Fold, build, create.  The Platonic solids are among the most fundamental three-dimensional shapes.  Learn to construct these special shapes using modular origami and other fun building techniques and explore the shapes’ properties.  Master these five solids and bring them to life!  (Sign up for one or both.)

Note: Please register each camper separately.

Mini-Camp Policies

Each mini-camp will run only if a minimum number of participants registers.  If a particular mini-camp is cancelled, registrants will be notified and provided with the option to: (1) switch to a different session, if possible; (2) credit the amount paid to a future session; or (3) receive a full refund.

Although the citywide Key to NYC program has ended, MoMath requires all visitors ages five and up to show acceptable proof of full vaccination (two doses) against COVID-19.  (Note: MoMath does not accept digital images or photocopies of vaccination cards.)  Additionally, every visitor is required to wear a mask.  Click here to learn more about the Museum’s health and safety measures.  By registering, all campers agree to the full terms and conditions of MoMath’s Photograph Permission and Release Agreement.

MoMath reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student who does not meet the age requirement of the class or does not abide by MoMath’s program policies; cancelled registrations will not be eligible for refunds or credits.

Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.  All registered campers must sign a photograph permission and release form.
