MoMath Mini-Camps

Through interactive theme-based lessons and creative hands-on projects, math will come alive for each and every participant!

Making Math Visible

February 21, 22, and 23
9:30 am to 12:00 pm (Grades 1-3)
1:30 pm to 4:00 pm (Grades 4-6)

(in person)

Every day, all around us, we interact with data — about events, weather, and the world.  How can we use visual images to share this information?  Using charts, graphs, tables, and maps, join us to create the pictures that tell the stories of the data.  Learn about basic data visualization and become a data storyteller!

Each day’s mini-camp session stands alone with different activities each day.  Sign up for one day, two days, or all three days!

Please note that all Museum visitors and campers are required to wear masks while visiting the Museum.

Registration fees and refund policy

Registration fees are $110 per day.  If an individual camper registers for two mini-camps in the same purchase, the registration fee is discounted to $200.  If an individual camper signs up for all three mini-camps in the same purchase, the registration fee is $300.  There will be no refunds, credits, nor transfers, except in the event of a class cancellation due to low enrollment.

Mini-camp policies

Each mini-camp will run only if a minimum number of participants register.  If a particular mini-camp is cancelled, registrants will be notified and provided with the option to: (1) switch to a different session, if possible; (2) credit the amount paid to a future session; or (3) receive a full refund.

Visitors are required to wear masks while in the Museum at all times.  Click here to learn more about the Museum’s health and safety measures.  By registering, all campers agree to the full terms and conditions of MoMath’s Photograph Permission and Release Agreement.

MoMath reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student who does not meet the age requirement of the class or does not abide by MoMath’s program policies; cancelled registrations will not be eligible for refunds or credits.

Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.  All registered campers must sign a photograph permission and release form.

Limited scholarship funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Contact scholarships@momath.org to learn more.

Be sure to read the Educational Programs Policies prior to registration.
