MathPlay — in person!
MoMath’s program for preschoolers
Led by an experienced MoMath educator, MathPlay offers children the opportunity to play well-developed games that help broaden math skills, improve problem-solving techniques, fine-tune motor coordination, and enhance communication and social skills. Give your child every chance of success — recent studies have shown that early development of math skills can be a strong predictor of future school achievement.
These are in-person classes at the National Museum of Mathematics at 11 East 26th Street in NYC.
MathPlay is not currently in session — stay tuned to this page for updates!
Adult registration is not required, but a caregiver must be present during each session. Siblings who are not registered for the program may not attend MathPlay sessions.
Each session will run only if a minimum number of participants register before its start date. If a particular session is cancelled, registrants will be notified and provided with the option to receive a full refund.
Although the citywide Key to NYC program has ended, MoMath requires all visitors ages five and up to show acceptable proof of full vaccination (two doses) against COVID-19. (Note: MoMath does not accept digital images or photocopies of vaccination cards.) Additionally, every visitor is required to wear a mask. MoMath reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student who does not meet the age requirement of the class or does not abide by MoMath’s program policies; cancelled registrations will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
Be sure to read all Educational Program Policies prior to registration.
