Math Discovery:
"Crazy Dice"

(in-person)

What are the odds of rolling a given sum with a pair of standard dice?  Explore how to determine the probability, then have fun while challenging yourself to find a different way to number the dice to get the very same probabilities.  For students in grades five through eight and their families/caregivers.

Limited space available.

Note that masks must be worn at all times inside the Museum and that all visitors ages 5 and older must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination (photocopies of vaccination cards will not be accepted).

The event fee covers this 45-minute session.  To enter and visit the Museum before or after the session, purchase general admission tickets at visit.momath.org.  All students must be accompanied by an adult and everyone must register.
