Group Sales Reservations
Large groups of students (under 18 years of age), with appropriate adult supervision, may request a reservation for timed entry and enjoy discounted pricing on advance ticket purchases. Entry for large groups without an advance reservation may be restricted by the current capacity of the Museum at the time of the group’s arrival.

Group Sales Policies
Groups booking more than 30 days in advance
If you book a trip 30 days or more prior to the scheduled trip date, payment will be due at the latest 30 days prior to your trip date. If payment is not received 30 days before your trip date, your reservation is no longer valid, you will be removed from the Museum’s calendar, and you will have to re-register.
Groups booking within 30 days of trip
If you book a trip within 30 days of the scheduled trip date, you must pay within three business days, by credit card. If payment is not received within three business days, your reservation is no longer valid, you will be removed from the Museum’s calendar, and you will have to re-register.
Groups booking within one week of trip
If you book a trip within one week of your scheduled trip date, credit card payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. If payment is not received within one business day, your reservation is no longer valid, you will be removed from the Museum’s calendar, and you will have to re-register.
Groups larger than 105 students
Any groups larger than 105 students require extra space in the Museum and in its classrooms. These groups are required to pay within five business days of booking their trip. If payment is not received within five business days, your reservation is no longer valid, you will be removed from the Museum’s calendar, and you will have to re-register.
Cancellations and Inclement Weather
Please note that the Museum follows a strict no-refund policy for trips that are cancelled. Payments made are neither refundable nor transferable to a different date.
In the event of inclement weather causing your institution to close for the day while the Museum remains open, you may be eligible for a rescheduled trip at a reduced rate. You MUST notify MoMath by email at least twelve hours before you are scheduled to arrive in order to be considered for this accommodation. Please note that any accommodation is offered at the Museum’s sole discretion; the Museum cannot guarantee that your trip will be rescheduled.
Flexible Rescheduling
For an additional fee of $50 per 35 students — paid at the time you pay for your trip — you can take advantage of MoMath’s Flexible Rescheduling policy. Under this policy, you may rebook your trip to an available date within two months, one-time only, either (1) at no additional cost, provided you notify the Museum at least three weeks in advance, or (2) for an administrative fee of $150, provided you notify the Museum at least one week in advance.
MoMath’s Refund Policy
Please note that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. No credits nor vouchers will be issued for unused admissions, late arrivals, or cancellations.
