Expansions Registration
Winter and Spring 2017
Expansions registration is open to admitted students only. If you have not yet applied or been admitted, please visit expansions.momath.org to fill out an application. Please do not continue past this point if your student has not been officially accepted into the program. All payments are nonrefundable, including payments for non-accepted students. In addition, all students were accepted with an assignment to a specific Expansions level, and all payments for ineligible classes are nonrefundable. Therefore, please do not make a purchase if your student has not been accepted or if you are uncertain about your child’s assigned Expansions level.
Before registering online, please take a moment to read carefully the information about the Expansions levels, registration options, and policies here.

Schedule and Inclement Weather
For the Winter 2017 session, classes meet each week from January 10, 2017 through March 30, 2017. (A class on April 4, 2017 has been added due to previous inclement weather cancellations.) Classes will meet regardless of school breaks and holidays.
For the Spring 2017 session, classes meet each week from April 6, 2017 through June 27, 2017. Classes will meet regardless of school breaks and holidays.
MoMath will make every effort to run classes as scheduled, but occasionally severe inclement weather or other unusual circumstances beyond MoMath’s control may require that a class be cancelled. If such a cancellation occurs, MoMath may, at its sole discretion, offer make-up sessions.
Policies
MoMath does not provide make-up classes for absences. Each Expansions series accepts a limited enrollment in order to provide individualized attention to each student. While many reasons may cause a student to miss a class, a registered student holds a reserved seat while others may be turned away due to limited capacity. Additionally, the Museum provides staffing, materials, and other resources based on registration. For these reasons, the Museum has a strict no-refund and no make-up policy.
Adult chaperones are required to wait outside the classroom during classes. In the event that a class is scheduled to end after 5 pm, adults must wait in Additions, the shop at MoMath, and students will be brought to Additions for dismissal.
All Expansions participants are expected to exhibit good behavior to ensure a positive experience for all participants. At its sole discretion, MoMath may remove a student from the Expansions program for behavioral reasons. If a student is removed for behavioral reasons, no refund will be provided.
