Friday, June 23 at 4:00 pm
(in person)
Join Israeli educator Miri Golan as she uses her Origametria method to teach a series of fun origami designs. This session is suitable for all ages, but may be especially appealing to math educators who are looking for an interactive, hands-on, and proven way to introduce the basics of geometry to young learners. Used by more than 600 schools in Israel (from kindergarten through seventh grade) to teach the full geometry curriculum, Origametria does not require any prior experience of origami or knowledge of geometry. With Miri's method, you are guaranteed success. Come and fold!
