An ICPS extension program at Stony Brook University

Space is limited, and students will be enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your spot, the online registration form must be completed and payment must be received. There are absolutely no refunds once payment has been received. Also note that ineligible students — including siblings of eligible students — who apply will not receive a refund nor will they be permitted to attend.
The cost of the seven-session program, which runs from September 2026 through March 2027, is $410. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, a makeup session will be scheduled in April. (Payments by credit card will incur a 5% convenience fee.)
Acceptable forms of payment include: electronic funds transfer (EFT), check, and major credit cards; please note that a 5% convenience fee will be added to credit card payments.
- To request payment by EFT, please register online and choose the "Pay later" option before emailing functions@momath.org to request EFT payment instructions. In the event the program fills before we receive your payment and we are unable to offer your child a spot, you will be notified via email.
- If paying by check, you must register online and choose the "Pay later" option before mailing your check made out to "National Museum of Mathematics" to the address below. In the event the program fills and we are unable to offer your child a spot, your check will not be cashed and you will be notified via email.

- If paying by credit card, your spot is instantly secured if you successfully complete the online registration form with a credit card payment of $430.50 ($410 plus a 5% convenience fee) followed by an email receipt confirming your registration. The online registration system will no longer accept credit card payments once enrollment capacity has been reached.
After completing the online registration form, you will need to email a scanned copy of your ICPS certificate to functions@momath.org.
