All money is a mathematical abstraction, but cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin especially depend on a lot of deep mathematics for their existence.  In this in-depth class, you'll learn how some obscure branches of mathematics came together to become a $30 billion economic system; you'll understand the inner workings of Bitcoin and the blockchain on which it is based; and you'll even learn how to steal Bitcoin with math.  No mathematical background is required, however, the class is best suited to an adult audience.
