Are you a budding mathematician between the ages of 10 and 17 who loves reading? Would you like to make new friends your age who share your passion for mathematics and literature? Join us online for Tween Primes, the MoMath book club for tweens and teens.
This November, join MoMath’s 2024-2025 Visiting Professor, David Reimann, for a book club discussion of Investing for Teens: How to Save, Invest, and Grow Money. You don't have to work on Wall Street to know that money is essential. Plus, there are no age restrictions on investing! Investing for Teens will teach you how to handle money responsibly and how to make it work for you. Gain a better understanding of money matters ranging from understanding the difference between stocks and bonds to finding potential investments. Then, join the book club discussion with Professor Reimann and math-loving peers for an engaging conversation about this investing book written specially for teens. Soon you'll be using dividend, liquidity, compounding interest, and other money terms, just like a finance professional!
This is an in-person event at MoMath on Fifth (225 Fifth Avenue).
