The Julia Robinson Mathematics Festivals allow young people to develop their talent for mathematics by providing problems, puzzles, and activities that are intriguing and accessible. The focus is on creating a collaborative, non-competitive atmosphere to explore the joys and power of mathematics. This mathematics festival is most appropriate for middle school students, but high school students will also find some challenging problems to explore.
Students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult during the festival. Adults are not required to register; they will be invited to sit and observe, but we ask that they leave workshop spaces for attending students.
Fee waivers available for those with financial need; email functions@momath.org for more information.
