MathPlay for Rhombuses (4s):
"Number Sequence 1 through 10"

Students will solidify their knowledge of ordering numbers 1 through 10 by playing games that challenge them to (1) fill in the missing numbers in a series, (2) determine which number is one more or one less than a given number, and (3) identify the incorrect number in a sequence. Children will also learn about the various ways we use numbers in our daily lives while listening to the story Numbers by Henry Puckrose.
Materials needed: activity sheets to be provided (print out prior to session) and one marker or pencil.
