Brighten your winter with hands-on math fun at the National Museum of Mathematics!
From January 21 through February 5, MoMath on Fifth will be transformed into the lively Winter Math Festival, featuring a dynamic mix of interactive exhibits and engaging mathematical activities. During the Festival, the Museum will be open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm weekends and from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Explore a variety of hands-on math activities throughout the Festival. Try puzzles, patterns, geometric constructions, and other interactive stations that invite you to experiment, build, compare, and play. Each activity offers a simple, engaging way to explore mathematical ideas through direct experience. The Winter Math Festival offers a bright, energetic way to explore mathematics — a welcoming seasonal outing for families, students, and anyone who enjoys seeing how math comes alive through exciting, hands-on exploration.
Don’t see all your favorite MoMath exhibits during this time? Not to worry — MoMath 2.0 is coming to 635 Sixth Avenue! All the greatest hits from 11 East 26th, your new favorites from MoMath on Fifth, and more than 30 all-new, innovative exhibits are being polished and prepared for the most spectacular MoMath experience yet.
