By registering for this event, all registrants agree to the following:
In consideration of my wish to participate in a program or event to be hosted by National Museum of Mathematics and the Tulipán Foundation (together, the “Releasees” and such program or event, the “Event”), I hereby agree as follows:
- the Releasees (or their respective representatives or contractors) may photograph and record audio and video of me, during the Event (collectively “Media”);
- I irrevocably grant the Releasees (and their respective licensees, designees and assigns) the royalty-free, unlimited, worldwide right in perpetuity to use my name, image, voice and likeness as depicted in the Media in materials related to a Releasee’s educational, artistic, cultural and charitable mission, including the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display and otherwise use the Media in any medium now known or later developed, including promotion and fundraising for the Releasees, or any other informational efforts by or in connection with the Releasees, including use on each Releasee’s website and social media accounts, without the need for obtaining any further consent from me. For purposes of this Release, the term “use” shall include the display, exhibition, broadcast, distribution, public performance, transmission, reproduction, digitization, modification, and other use or exploitation; and
- on behalf of myself, my heirs, family members, and executors, I irrevocably release the Releasees (and their respective licensees, designees and assigns) from any liability or claim of any nature, known or unknown, that I have or ever may have (including for invasion of privacy, libel, defamation, slander, portraying me in a false light, or breach of my right of publicity) based on use of the Media or my name, image, voice or likeness in accordance with the terms hereof, whether intentional or otherwise.
I understand that the Releasees will rely on this release and that I may not revoke my permission or release. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without reference to any choice of law provisions thereof.
