Get a glimpse into the mathematics of elections by becoming a "legislator" for a day. Explore how election districts are drawn, including "packing," "cracking," and the meaning of wasted votes, in order to analyze the fairness of representation in an election.
Materials needed: paper, pencil, colored pens (or markers), and printout to be provided
