"Sorting and Matching Shapes"
Monday, June 7 at 4:00 pm ET (New York)
Children will practice identifying shapes and counting their sides. Given a shape, students will pick out a real life image that matches the given shape. They will sort shapes and compare numbers of each. Songs will be sung and a shape story will be read.
Materials needed: activity sheets to be provided (to be printed prior to session) and one marker or pencil.
