Is it a square or a triangle, a single piece or two? Working in three-dimensional space makes many optical illusions possible, and these illusions invite you to view mathematical objects in new ways. Explore MoMath’s virtual-reality gallery exhibition, Alternative Perspective, followed by hands-on activities to create and study unique surfaces and structures. Lattices, knots, Möbius strips, and fractals will be the guideposts on your journey through shifting points of view.
