"Numbers 1 through 10"

Which number represents the number of snowflakes, mittens, or hats in the picture?  How many snowballs did it take to build the snowman?  Students will answer these questions and more as they engage in activities that increase their number sense of the numbers 1 through 10.  In an "I Spy a Snowman" game, students will see how many snowmen wearing different colored hats and scarves they can find.

Materials needed: activity sheets to be provided (to print and cut prior to session), one marker or pencil, and a glue stick.
