Volumes, the MoMath book club

Join MoMath at Volumes, the MoMath book club, on Thursday, February 8, 2018, to discuss The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time by Mark Haddon.

Christopher John Francis Boone knows all the countries of the world and their capitals and every prime number up to 7,057. Although gifted with a superbly logical brain, fifteen-year-old Christopher struggles with everyday interactions. He lives by patterns, rules, and a diagram kept in his pocket. Then one day, a neighbor’s dog, Wellington, is killed and Christopher’s carefully constructed universe is threatened. Come to Volumes on February 8 and discuss the way mathematics is woven throughout this uniquely engaging story.
